The Self Starter Package includes the following components: LPI Self Participant's Workbook Leadership Development Planner 8 Observers The LPI Self instrument allows participants to rate themselves on 30 leadership behaviors. The short, 10-step Participant's Workbook guides participants through the process of understanding their LPI Feedback Report. They'll get instructions, information, questions, and forms to record their observations and interpretations and to develop their personal action plans. The Leadership Development Planner is a comprehensive workbook that includes tips on best learning practices, developmental ideas for each of The Five Practices , along with progress recording and follow-up action planning guides. Particpants will use this tool to continue their learning and development on an ongoing basis.
